NextImg:UFC 300 predictions, odds: Full fight card expert picks

UFC 300 is the biggest and baddest fight card we have seen in ages.

From the very first fight on the prelims to the light heavyweight main event, there couldn’t be a better night of fights than Saturday night.

Beginning at 6 p.m. ET with the prelims, the main card switches over to the UFC 300 PPV.

We’re looking at 13 of the best fights the UFC has ever produced on a single fight card.

With that, we are predicting every UFC fight, 13 picks, shorter write ups for the smaller matchups.

Last week we nailed Brendan Allen by decision, going 2-1 on the night.

It’s been an uneven start to the year, with 2.85 units of profit thus far.

Jamahal Hill is an excellent fighter and will have a major size advantage in this bout against Alex Pereira. A natural middleweight is defending his belt at 205lbs.

Neither fighter is particularly known for their durability, and I’d honestly be floored to see this be a long fight.

Looking at the tape, Hill’s footwork is mostly a mess, and he’s extremely vulnerable to leg kicks, which Pereira thrives at.

Not picking the winner here, as it appears to me, will be a clear coin flip to see who gets finished.

Instead, we’re going under three and a half rounds as neither fighter is great at defense, and Pereira is getting older; his chin could be shot – we don’t know until he gets hit by Hill.

The same goes for those leg kicks and Hill; he’s coming off a torn Achilles in July, and who knows how many leg kicks Hill can take before that Achilles gives way.

PICK: Fight won’t start round four (-190, DraftKings)

The BMF title gets defended this weekend in a five-round bout between Max “Blessed” Holloway and Justin Gaethje, the most violent man in MMA by far.

No one can truly take Gaethje’s enjoyment of insane amounts of damage and violence.

Money has come in on Holloway in this bout, which is fair considering his striking ability and height advantage in this fight.

But Holloway stands heavy on his front legs. If you rewatch his Alexander Volkanovski fights, you will see many power shots to the calf.

Holloway hasn’t been finished in ages; you have to go back to 2012 to a submission loss and he’s fought 28 times since then.

Holloway is actually favored to win by decision (+250) which I just patently disagree with. Gaethje has shown that when you go the distance with him, he will brutalize your face with insane cuts, a broken nose, and welts the size of golf balls.

Judges score on damage these days, and we’re expecting plenty of it in this one.

Gaethje wins this one by decision.

PICK: Gaethje by decision (+300, BetRivers)
