Tyreek Hill can put one baby mama drama behind him.
The Dolphins wide receiver came to a confidential deal with Brittany Lackner, 30, who had filed a paternity suit against Hill saying he was the father of her son born in February 2023, the Daily Mail reported.
Hill was officially declared to be the one-year-old’s father and put to bed one of the paternity suits that he had been facing.
“The parties agree and acknowledge that Tyreek Hill is the natural and biological father of the minor child, S.C.H, born in 2023,” according to the ruling of Judge Elaine Carbuccia, according to the Daily Mail.
“The parties freely and voluntarily entered into a Paternity Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan on January 22, 2024, which globally resolves all issues attendant to this matter, which includes parental responsibility, timesharing and child support.”
Lackner had called Hill out for offering a mere $2,500 a month in child support and described it “woefully inadequate” since he was on a $30 million contract with the Dolphins.
The case had dragged on for 12 months before coming to an agreement.
Lackner had revealed in Jan. 2023 that she had engaged in a sexual encounter with Hill in Florida the year prior and that she was giving birth within days.
Hill still has a case pending against him with another woman, Kimberly Kaylee Baker.
The 29-year-old Baker had announced last May that Hill had impregnated her and that her newborn daughter, Trae Love Hill, would be proven to be the NFLer’s after a paternity test.
Her lawyers claimed in a court filing that Hill had “demonstrated utter and abject unconcern for the child in wholly failing to act as a parent and is completely failing to support the child.”
A court date has not been set yet for that suit.
Things were much less troublesome on the field for Hill, who had another star-worthy season with the Dolphins.
He recorded a league-leading 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns during the regular season, but his Dolphins lost to the Chiefs in the AFC Wild Card.
Hill’s time off the field has been less than smooth, however, even in just the past few months.
Hills’ Florida mansion caught fire while the family was there in January and the Daily Mail reported on Tuesday that influencer Sophie Hall was suing him for battery, assault and negligence.
The NFL star had also been involved in a bizarre situation when a member of his legal team had filed paperwork to divorce his new bride, Keeta Vaccaro, without his authorization.
The couple is still together.
