Cops are investigating the deaths of a man and woman found shot in the head in Brooklyn.

Officers responding to a 911 call of a “crime in progress” at 4:45 p.m. Friday at an apartment on Logan Street, near Etna Street in Cypress Hills, found a dead 43-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man, both with gunshot wounds to their heads, police reported Saturday.

A gun was recovered near the dead man.

The probe remains ongoing, the NYPD said.

The victims were not publicly identified, pending family notification.

Also in Brooklyn, a 36-year-old man was beaten and stabbed by a band of thugs Friday night, police said.

The episode unfolded at around 9:50 p.m. at 225 East 65th Street in Sunset Park, authorities said.

Five unidentified men approached the victim from the sidewalk and beat him before one stabbed him in the left thigh and right shoulder, the NYPD said.

EMS took the victim to Lutheran Medical Center in stable condition, police said.

In the Bronx, a 38-year-old man was shot once in the right leg during an argument with another man inside 535 Union Ave., near Southern Boulevard at 10:30 p.m. Friday, cops said.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Medical Center in stable condition, police said.

There were no arrests.
