Former President Donald Trump blasted President Biden’s just-announced “Parole in Place” plan to provide mass amnesty to more than 200,000 foreign nationals who entered the United States illegally as “innocent Americans are being beaten, raped, and murdered by Biden illegals.”

“Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of 5, was heinously raped and murdered by an illegal released by Crooked Joe Biden. Biden released this monster into our country after he committed another brutal murder of a young woman in El Salvador,” Trump stated Tuesday.

“Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student, was brutally murdered by a Biden illegal in February. Just last night, a Biden illegal was arrested in New York for violently raping a 13-year-old girl at knife-point in broad daylight.”

Victor Martinez-Hernandez, 23, allegedly killed Maryland mom Morin, 37, on a hiking trail in August 2023. Police finally nabbed him Friday in Oklahoma after matching his DNA to the crime scene.

Police cuffed Ecuadorean migrant Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, early Tuesday after sharp-eyed Queens locals spotted him in the neighborhood and held him until authorities arrived. He’s charged with raping and kidnapping a 13-year-old girl at Kissena Park.

“Even for Biden—who can’t find his way off a stage or string together a coherent sentence—this can’t be entirely blamed on sheer incompetence. It’s by design,” Trump added.

Trump campaign spokesman Karoline Leavitt said, “Biden doesn’t care about the American lives that will forever be destroyed by the illegal criminals he is importing; and Biden doesn’t care that law-abiding taxpayers, crushed by inflation, are forced to pay for free food, housing, and healthcare for illegals. Biden only cares about one thing — power — and that’s why he is giving mass amnesty and citizenship to hundreds of thousands of illegals who he knows will ultimately vote for him and the Open Border Democrat Party.”

Team Biden says illegal immigrants who have lived in America for 10 or more years and have been legally married to a US citizen will be eligible for the new program. Qualifying immigrants will then have a period of up to three years to pursue more permanent forms of US citizenship.

“We should be deporting illegals, not giving them a mass amnesty,” said Ohio Republican Senate candidate Bernie Moreno.

If his opponent, Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown, “cared about defending America and protecting the jobs and wages of our citizens, he would be standing up to Biden to stop this invasion, but throughout his decades in office, he has repeatedly supported amnesty for illegals,” he added.

“Sherrod doesn’t represent the people of Ohio in the Senate, he represents criminal illegals and the big corporations who want their cheap labor.”

Moreno pointed out to The Post that Brown and his fellow Democrats in DC have of a pattern of hamstringing immigration protections:

● In 2020, Democrats opposed the Trump administration’s COVID immigration policy, Title 42, and likened it to the Holocaust.

● In 2015, Democrats voted against a Senate bill to set a mandatory minimum of five years’ imprisonment for deported felons who re-enter the country illegally.

● In 2018, Democrats pushed a bill meant to address border “family separation” that would have let parents who commit federal crimes go free — but failed to distinguish between migrant children at the border and children who are already US citizens. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) noted the bill would increase child sex trafficking.

● Democrats have called Trump’s border wall “stupid” and “wrong” and voted against an amendment to increase the number of Border Patrol agents.

Illegal immigration remains a top issue for US voters heading into the summer.

A recent Gallup poll found that Americans ranked immigration the most important problem for the first time since 2019, with 28% of respondents citing it as their top choice.

Border incidents themselves remain at high levels.

In April, US Customs and Border Protection reported more than 179,000 encounters with potential illegal crossers along the southwest border alone.

Nationwide, the total number of encounters exceeded 247,000.
