Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Maya Benberry “liked” a comment on Instagram, slamming Taylor Swift amid her budding romance with the NFL star.
Benberry posted a series of selfies and photos from a trip to Monte Carlo on Aug. 9, but people have started commenting on her most recent picture because of her ex’s new rumored A-list fling.
“On everything you are ???????????? and Travis gotta hold the L ???? he out side [sic] in public with a FRAIL GAIL Taylor Swift who beside her fame is 5,” one person commented under the post Monday.
Benberry, 31, subsequently “liked” the comment but did not reply to the shady remark.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the model briefly dated after she competed on — and won — Kelce’s E! reality show, “Catching Kelce,” in 2016.
Their relationship only lasted a few months after she beat out 49 other women (one from each state), but it remains unclear as to what led to the split.
However, during the show, Kelce, now 33, admitted that he had some doubts about choosing her as a winner.
“I love your confidence, but, at times, it does get overconfident,” he told her at the time, according to the US Sun. “It kind of shows arrogance. I have been attracted to women like that my entire life and those relationships didn’t work because of that.”
The two-time Super Bowl champ even confessed that he wanted to “change” his usual type, but he decided against that and instead went “with my heart” and chose Benberry.
After Kelce and the manifestation coach split, he went on to date Kayla Nicole for five years before breaking up about a year before he began pursuing Swift.
The famous footballer first threw out that he was interested in the 12-time Grammy winner in July when he fessed up to trying to give her his phone number at her Eras Tour concert in Kansas City, Mo., but unfortunately wasn’t able to complete the mission.
Luckily, they were somehow able to make contact and the Messenger reported earlier this month that the two had been “hanging out.”
Travis cheekily played along on social media, and his brother, Jason Kelce, even jokingly confirmed the romance rumors were “100 percent true.”
Swifties want to know…
Meanwhile, the “Cruel Summer” songstress kept tight-lipped about her newest rumored flame until she stunned both Swifties and football fans alike by showing up to the Chiefs game on Sunday.
The power couple were spotted leaving the game together and later hit up a local rooftop bar alongside his fellow teammates to celebrate the win.
A source exclusively told Page Six that they looked “very affectionate” and enjoyed their time with each other before leaving “together in an entourage of three vehicles at 1:10 a.m.”
A source later told TMZ that Travis and Swift had hung out “several times” in a “very private setting” before Sunday’s game.
The outlet added that they are not “officially” dating.
