A trans pedophile who kidnapped and sexually assaulted an 11-year-old UK girl while dressed as a woman was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years behind bars.
Andrew Miller, 53, who also uses the name, Amy George, pleaded guilty to abducting and abusing the child after offering to give her a ride in February but instead locking her in his home on the Scottish Borders for 27 hours, the BBC reported.
The sicko, who was arrested on Feb. 9, pleaded guilty in May to charges of abduction, sexual assault, watching pornography in the presence of a child under the age of 13, and possessing 242 indecent images of kids.
Miller, who ran a butcher shop, later claimed that sleeping in the same bed as the girl was the “motherly thing” to do.
The victim managed to flee on the night of Feb. 9 when she found her captor’s landline phone and called UK emergency services. When police arrived, the father of three was still asleep and they arrested him.
In May, the High Court in Edinburgh was told Miller identifies as transgender and was in the process of transitioning to female.
The girl told investigators her ordeal began when she had been unable to get a bus home and began to walk.
At that point “a lady in a car” offered to give her a ride.
She said she got into the vehicle because she was cold and believed the “lady” to be non-threatening – but the driver took her to his bungalow and sexually assaulted her repeatedly.
He also watched porn and fetish videos, with the child describing how she had seen “weird” things.
Miller will be incarcerated in a male prison in accordance with new guidelines for UK trans prisoners who commit sexual offenses.
The judge, Lord Arthurson, told Miller during sentencing the narrative was “frankly nauseating in terms of its depravity and criminal sexual deviancy.
“The abduction of young children from the streets of our cities, towns, and villages for the purpose of their sexual torment over a prolonged period by a captor is mercifully rare in this jurisdiction,” he said.
“It is a uniquely appalling crime; striking, as it does, at the heart of family life and, indeed, the very fabric of our society,” the judge continued.
He described Miller’s offenses as “brazen and chilling” and said his intentions were “wicked and predatory.”
Lord Arthurson continued: “The suffering of your victim and her family at your hands has been incalculable and life-changing. The trauma further inflicted by you upon her local community and the wider public is also immeasurable.”
