It’s time for actor Tony Shalhoub — who currently plays Abe Weissman on “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” — to say goodbye to his Upper West Side abode, which has sold at the same time the UWS-centric show’s farewell fifth season on Amazon Prime has launched.

Shalhoub and his wife, the actor and artist Brooke Adams, have just sold a 12th-floor “classic five” co-op at 15 W. 81st St., which last asked $3.4 million, down from its $4.49 million ask last year following a broker swap.

The final sale price has not yet appeared in city public records.

Shalhoub, a Tony- and multiple Emmy Award-winning actor, made his name as a character actor before starring for eight seasons as Adrian Monk, an ex-detective turned private police consultant, in “Monk.”

Shalhoub and Adams bought the apartment for $3.99 million in 2016 — meaning it was last listed at a loss.

The two-bedroom, 2½-bath spread is 1,900 square feet. It boasts a 350-square-foot irrigated terrace with slate stone pavers, original iron railings — and views of Central Park in a classic Emery Roth-designed, neo-Renaissance building near the Museum of Natural History.

The home opens from a semi-private landing into an entry gallery, which leads to a great room with 9-foot beamed ceilings and a decorative fireplace with an original carved-wood mantel — along with plenty of built-in shelves and storage. The home also features a library den, a windowed chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, steel-framed windows and French doors.

Original and restored details also include herringbone oak floors, mosaic tiles, brushed-brass hardware, crown and baseboard moldings, and beamed ceilings.

The building dates to 1930, when Roth also designed the nearby Beresford and San Remo residential towers.

Building amenities include a gym, a bike room, a children’s playroom, and an Italian Renaissance-style lobby with a fountain and marble touches.

Douglas Elliman listing broker Lauren Muss declined to comment.
