Rangers pitching coach Mike Maddux is the new Orlando Arcia of the World Series.

In a comment that will likely cause drama in the series, one can’t help but compare it to the “atta boy, Harper” saga from the NLDS where the Braves shortstop’s comment led to a Bryce Harper staredown during a two-run homer in Game 3.

In a similar fashion, Maddux took a jab at Diamondbacks’ Tommy Pham, who went 4-for-4 in Arizona’s 9-1 Game 2 win.

Despite the success at the plate, Pham made a mistake on the bases, getting picked off at second to end an inning.

Overcome with excitement after the out, a camera caught Maddux appearing to say, “Atta boy, you dumb f–k.”

The shot got back to the Arizona outfielder, who responded on X with a pencil and notebook emoji, indicating that Pham is taking notes for the remainder of the World Series.

The series is tied 1-1 and resumes Monday night in Phoenix, where fans will likely have something to say about the comment — as they have on social media.

“We get angry Tommy Pham for the rest of the World Series and we’re heading to AZ with home field advantage LETS GOOOO,” one X user wrote.

Another said the “Rangers are done.”

” A pissed off Tommy is a dangerous Tommy,” said another.

The Mets shipped Pham to the Diamondbacks in August at the trade deadline for 17-year-old shortstop Jeremy Rodriguez.

Pham was a bright spot in an otherwise struggling Mets offense.

He posted an .820 OPS in 79 games, but Pham was going to be a free agent at the end of the season so he became part of the Mets’ sale before the deadline along with Max Scherzer, Justin Verlander, David Robertson and Mark Canha.

Pham posted a .720 OPS with six homers and 32 RBIs in 50 regular-season games with Arizona.
