Tom Vitale sidestepped questions about his ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli after her recent rant about a “narcissist” ex who “mocked” her weight.

“Now that your divorce with Valerie is over, the settlement’s done, she called you a narcissist. What do you think about that?” a paparazzo asked the PostalAnnex store owner, 59, in Malibu, Calif., on Wednesday.

“What do you think about it?” Vitale responded to the photog in a clip exclusively obtained by Page Six.

“It’s a joke, man,” Vitale interrupted, before brushing off the pap.

When further pressed, the businessman noted, “You know what I do? I work hard. I have a lot of fun,” and encouraged the pap to do the same.

He then proceeded to give the photographer a peek inside his store before saying, “Now leave.”

Vitale and Bertinelli, 62, announced their split in May 2022 after 10 years of marriage.

The former couple finalized their divorce in November of that same year, which prompted the “One Day at a Time” alum to share on social media that she was having the  “second best day” of her life.

However, Page Six learned at the time that the actress had to pay up in order to get out.

A judge ordered Bertinelli to pay Vitale $2.2 million as part of their divorce proceedings, in addition to the $500,000 she already transferred to him on May 24.

Neither party had to pay the other spousal support, per their prenuptial agreement.

Last month, Bertinelli took to social media to share with her followers that she had been triggered while walking in a pair of old pants.

The Food Network star recalled being “mercilessly mocked” by an ex who told her she was “too lazy to do anything” about her thighs rubbing together.

“That’s in the past,” Bertinelli added at the time, without revealing which ex she was speaking about. “I’m so grateful that the work that I’m doing on healing is working.”

Aside from Vitale, the “Hot In Cleveland” alum was also previously married to the late Eddie Van Halen from 1981 to 2007, and they shared a son, Wolfgang Van Halen, 31.
