NextImg:Tom Sizemore’s family ‘deciding end-of-life matters’ following brain aneurysm

Tom Sizemore’s condition hasn’t improved since he suffered a brain aneurysm earlier this month — leaving his family in a very difficult situation.

The “Saving Private Ryan” actor’s manager, Charles Lago, told Page Six in a statement Monday that he remains “in critical condition, in a coma, and in intensive care.”

“Today, doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended end of life decision,” he continued, noting that “the family is now deciding end of life matters” and “asking for privacy” during this time.

On Feb. 18. at around 2 a.m., Sizemore was in his Los Angeles home when he suffered a brain aneurysm as a result of a stroke.

After someone found the “Black Hawk Down” actor unconscious, they called paramedics and he was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Sizemore, who was the talk of Hollywood in the 90s, has remained in the spotlight ever since he took a step back from acting, albeit not for the best reasons.

The 61-year-old actor was arrested multiple times in the 2000s for domestic violence and drug-related charges, leading him to spend a combined 17 months in jail.

Then in 2018, a woman claimed he groped her during the production of the 2003 “Born Killers” movie when she was just a young girl.

However, Sizemore denied the “highly disturbing” allegation and a judge later dismissed the case.

Most recently, he was arrested in 2019 and 2020 for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

The actor was briefly married to Maeve Quinlan from 1996 to 1999. While he never remarried, Sizemore welcomed twin sons Jagger and Jayden, now 17, with Janelle McIntire in 2005.
