Tom Sandoval is trying his hand at America’s Got Talent this week. While we’ve all seen his band cover A-ha’s “Take On Me” for his audition in a clip that was released last week, we have yet to hear feedback from judges Simon Cowell, Mel B, Sofia Vergara, and Howie Mandel. However, the wait is finally over — because Sandoval’s audition with his band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, will air tonight on NBC.

The Vanderpump Rules alum explained before his audition that he’s trying to rid himself of the “most hated man in America” title, which was handed to him after he was caught cheating on his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix with their mutual close friend Rachel “Raquel” Leviss in 2023. Having since become a fan-favorite on The Traitors Season 3, Sandoval is hoping to bring more recognition to his persona as a musician — and, more importantly, his “awesome” band.

“I wanted to get the band out there, because I love these guys,” Sandoval told Decider over a recent phone call. “They’re such great, talented musicians and to me, this is an amazing platform for them to showcase how awesome they are.”
