President Trump made quite the splash when he attended a recent performance of Les Mis at the Kennedy Center. Though he claims the classic musical is one of his favorites, the ladies of The View were not buying it.

It was Alyssa Farah Griffin, who previously served as the White House communications director during his first presidency, who pointed out that Cats is known to be President Trump’s “all-time favorite.”

“That tracks,” Sara Haines reacted, earning some laughs from the audience.

But Joy Behar made The View audience groan with shock when she quipped, “He likes to grab them by the cat, you know.” Behar is referring to the infamous recording that resurfaced in 2016 during his first presidential election in which Trump can be heard telling TV host Billy Bush, “When you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything… Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”

Sunny Hostin could be seen trying to contain her laughter as their co-hosts attempted to keep the discussion going.

After Hostin raised the question of why President Trump has a “weird obsession about art in particular,” Behar admitted that she is beginning to “feel sorry for him.”

“He craves this group, the gliterati, to love him,” she said about his alleged “obsession” with celebrities and pop culture. She later added, “He craves Lindsay Lohan and he gets Lindsay Graham.”

Behar also wasn’t so sure that she was one of the celebrities whose attention he’s allegedly vying for.

When Whoopi Goldberg told her, “He wants you to love him,” Behar appeared skeptical as she replied, “I don’t know about me, but maybe you.”

However, Hostin pointed out that this “obsession” is in line with what she’s read about authoritarian regimes.

“When you read about autocracies, authoritarianism, they generally understand that they want to control culture. They want that and that’s very important because creativity is a threat to their power,” she explained. “I think a lot of the times, it’s about artistic expression and freedom and I think that’s why he wants to control the Kennedy Center.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
