There is one cast member of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 2 that already deserves consideration for induction into Netflix’s reality TV hall of fame, right alongside Chloe Veitch, Francesca Farago, Shaina Hurley, and — duh — Christine Quinn. That Ultimatum cast member is Lisa Horne who, along with her partner and ultimatum-recipient Brian Okoye, provided jaw-dropping cliffhanger moments for the first two episodes of Season 2. What makes this even more impressive is the fact that — SPOILER ALERT — Lisa and Brian are only in the first three episodes of the season. Two out of three cliffhangers — that’s a track record to be proud of.
The first cliffhanger comes at the end of Episode 1, a moment that leads into an epic parking lot blowup at the start of Episode 2. It’s one of the most intense fights in Netflix reality history, which makes Lisa’s cliffhanger for Episode 2 even more surprising: it’s revealed that Lisa took a pregnancy test between the last round of dates and the Choice dinner. Yeah — Lisa’s pregnant. With Brian’s baby, duh. Come on, Netflix reality shows are still classier than Maury Povich… or at least they have higher concepts than just “who is the father?”
In an interview with Decider, Lisa spoke about what it was like to have her life change forever while on a reality TV show. “Well, so when I found out I was obviously in a hotel room by myself,” Lisa told Decider via video call. “Once I told Brian, instinctively he was like, ‘We’re gone. I’m taking you home. And that’s it.'”

The way it plays out in the episode, though, it seems like Brian’s hesitant about the whole situation, and even whether or not they’ll continue on The Ultimatum’s journey during the pregnancy is a question to answer. In reality, Brian told Decider, there was no way they were staying on the show.
“I knew off the top that we weren’t staying,” said Brian. “But I couldn’t make a decision for her, obviously, and we were on the same page because it just wasn’t conducive to go through a pregnancy in that environment — and let alone I wouldn’t want her with another man [while pregnant]! That’s just wild to me.”

Just because Lisa and Brian decided to leave the show doesn’t mean they also forgot why they were there in the first place. “We had to make a decision to say that if we do leave the show, and when we do, we still have to work on each other and ourselves,” said Brian. “It doesn’t end here by just making a decision to build a family together.”
And that’s what Lisa and Brian have done in the time since they left The Ultimatum: they’ve built a family together. “We’re in a good place. Me and Brian are in a really great place,” said Lisa. “He’s an amazing dad. My family is together, we’re together in a relationship still.”
If Netflix ever gets around to building that reality TV hall of fame, the Horne/Okoye family will need a table for three at the induction ceremony.
