Cardi B likes dollars and diamonds — and skincare that revitalizes her dry skin.
Specifically, the star is a fan of the Korean skincare brand Hayejin, which is all vegan and award-winning — sort of like Cardi, minus the veganism.
Real talk: Whenever someone famous says they love something, instead of clicking, I go right to the brand’s website and Nancy Drew its ingredients list. If I see recognizable names (things like hyaluronic acids and peptides, for example), I’m interested. If I see weird things like Methylene glycol or PFAS, I don’t bother with those…well, you know the lyrics to the song.
Naturally, when I caught Cardi’s TikTok crediting the brand’s Ricefila Face Oil Toner and its Ricefila Moisturizing Cream for keeping her skin bright and hydrated after hours of wearing makeup, I did my due diligence and researched what was in both products, and I was properly impressed.
Rice bran oil, evening primrose and other ingredients approved safe by the EWG? This is going to be the next big thing, I thought, and then promptly added one of each to my cart to test out.
K-beauty products, known for its innovative, skin-first ingredient list continues to be all the rage, and Hayejin has been steadily growing buzz for its effective but gentle enough to use every day formulas that cleanse without stripping and lock in moistuzer without requiring you to smear sticky goo across your face. If you’re picky about your products, this brand will be one you’ll happily include in your daily rotation. And as luck would have it, if you’re a Prime member, you can score a bunch of its products for up to 30% off for Prime Day.

Pros:
Cons:
Hail to the product Cardi credits for bringing “her face back to life.” The Hayejin RiceFila Oil Toner is a 2-in-1 product that deeply hydrates and softens with rice bran oil and hyaluronic acid. In short, it’s excellent for those with sensitive or dry skin. It’s also fortified with eight different hyaluronic acids, plus six different peptides to promote firmness and skin elasticity.
You’d think that an oil-based toner would be as greasy as a Wall Street finance guy, but the formula is so light, smooth and hydrating that it feels as soothing as a summertime moisturizer. The silky toner also has olive oil, evening primrose and elm root extracts — all ingredients that soften while simultaneously removing leftover makeup and dirt residue. When I tell you that my face felt smoother than a baby’s bum (I know, that simile has always given me the ick too), it really did. Now, I can’t imagine not using it after cleansing my face. Simply shake, swipe, and glow.

Pros:
Cons:
Cardi follows up the Ricefila Face Oil Toner with the RiceFila Moisturizing Cream, It’s made to lock in moisture for 50 hours (I know, wild), and uses rice-powered cream to leave skin dewy and plump. Similar to the toner, it has eight hyaluronic acids for multi-level hydration, as well as six peptides. It also has niacinamide, which is one of my favorite ingredients!
If you weren’t in the know, niacinamide is a natural brightener. It reduces the appearance of pores, skin texture and strengthens the skin barrier — you know, all the things you care about after the age of 30.
Another thing I like about the RiceFila Moisturizing Cream? How lightweight and fast absorbing it is. During the day time it keeps my skin supple and dewy. If I apply it at night, I can look forward to waking up with radiant, plump skin.

Pros:
Cons:
If you want glass skin (and who doesn’t?), Hayejin’s Blessing of Sprout Radiance Toner is the product to grab. It uses the brand’s Luminosity Capsules, which are tiny, soluble beads that have natural-origin acives and plant oils inside. Think of them like fairy dust that magically brightens and revitalizes your face, minus the hard-to-remove glitter.
Unlike other K-Beauty toners I’ve tried, this one isn’t sticky or tacky, basically feeling like a micellar water spiked with skin loving ingredients. It also has hyaluronic acid to pull in moisture, so I love using it right after I cleanse and my face is still slightly damp. Another perk? It doesn’t sting or irritate the way some toners with active ingredients do. It’s an absolute treat in the a.m., especially if you’re skin feels dehydrated.

Pros:
Cons:
Finally, I have to give a shout-out to Hayejin’s Rice Bran Oil for Face serum. I love a facial oil, and this one is loaded with fatty acids and vitamin E that keep the skin supple, soft and bouncy. Its rice bran oil has been fermented at a super-low temperature, which helps it penetrate the skin more deeply for better hydration. Fermented rice extract and a botanical peptide help the skin retain firmness and smoothness.
On days I want the dolphin skin look (it’s like glass skin but slicker), I’ll apply the oil before hitting my face up with the moisturizer. My face remains luminous all.darn.day!
While I’ve tried other K-Beauty brands, Hayejin has quickly become a favorite for its simple and effective ingredients that have left my skin looking like I actually have a facialist.
Whether you try it because of Cardi or me, if you grab any of the products now, you’ll be able to enjoy it at a discounted price for Prime Day. Of course, I’ll be stocking up as well.
