The long-awaited release of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is finally here.
The sequel to 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order picks up five years after the events of the first game and once again follows Jedi Knight Cal Kestis as he attempts to stay one step ahead of the Empire in their efforts to capture any lingering survivors of Order 66.
New adversaries for Kestis in this game include a Pau’an Imperial senator and the Gen’Dai Rayvis, who, like the Empire, believes Jedi shouldn’t exist.
Like in the first game, Cameron Monaghan (Shameless) returns as Kestis, performing motion capture and voiceover as the character.
Gameplay in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is largely similar to that of the first game, but a few new lightsaber combat stances can be used, along with some new lightsabers and abilities, plus a Force stasis mode that allows you to use the force to freeze enemies and blaster bolts mid-air.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and the deluxe edition are available now from retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. The game is available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, plus digitally for Windows, Origin and Steam PCs (digital purchasers will receive an email with instructions to redeem the game).
Below, we’ve broken down all the ways to get the new game now.
