You know what song absolutely crushes at karaoke? The legendary Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song. It brings the house down.
The enduring tune was the perfect intro to Will Smith’s beloved ’90s sitcom. Created by Andy and Susan Borowitz, the show about a West Philadelphia teen sent to live with his wealthy relatives in Bel-Air is a staple of ’90s pop culture. From James Avery’s brilliant portrayal of Philip Banks to the classic “Carlton Dance” to Will Smith and Jazz’s memorable handshake (and Jazz’s series of abrupt exits), The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was so much more than your average sitcom.
I can’t even mention that scene, or I’ll start to tear up.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is immensely rewatchable, but unfortunately, the series is no longer streaming on HBO Max. Where can you watch The Fresh Prince online? Here’s everything you need to know.
Nope. Unfortunately, the classic series was recently removed from HBO Max. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Reunion special is still available on the platform.
You’d think so, right? But, sadly, no. While you can watch the reimagined series Bel-Air on Peacock, the original sitcom isn’t available on the streamer.
All six seasons of The Fresh Prince are currently streaming on Hulu and Disney+.
If you’re new to Hulu, you can get started with a 30-day free trial on the streamer’s basic (with ads) plan. After the trial period, you’ll pay $9.99/month. If you want to upgrade to Hulu ad-free, it costs $18.99/month.
If you want to stream even more and save a few bucks a month while you’re at it, we recommend subscribing to one of the Disney+ Bundles, all of which include Hulu. These bundles start at $10.99/month for ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu and goes up to $29.99/month for Disney+, Hulu, and Max, all ad-free.
The series isn’t streaming on Netflix, but individual episodes and complete seasons are available to purchase on Amazon.
