Broncos great Terrell Davis was in his feels during Game 2 of the 2023 NBA Finals on Sunday night when the Denver Nuggets fell to the Miami Heat, 111-108.

With less than seven minutes to go in the fourth quarter and the Nuggets trailing Miami, 95-89, Davis — a diehard Denver fan — found himself in the middle of a Heat celebration at Ball Arena and looked absolutely miserable.

A viral video shows two blonde women wearing Heat jerseys leaning over the Hall of Fame running back to high-five other Miami fans in the crowd.

It was only a matter of time before Davis, 50, became a viral meme on NBA Twitter after cameras caught him looking somber in his seat.

In fact, some fans even speculated if Davis was sleeping during the fourth quarter.

“Terrell Davis is sick,” one person wrote on Twitter.

Another remarked, “Mans is hurt lol he knew.”

Davis’ reaction came after Heat star forward Jimmy Butler hit a 3-pointer to extend Miami’s lead to 95-89.

One Heat fan — a blonde woman sporting a No. 22 Butler jersey — was seen smiling and holding up three fingers near Davis’ face.

Davis didn’t even flinch as Heat fans celebrated Miami’s victory over Denver to tie the series at 1-1.

Davis, the Broncos’ all-time leading rusher, is beloved in the Mile High City.

He previously joined Denver’s mascot, Rocky, on the court in Game 2 of the Nuggets’ first-round series against the Timberwolves on April 19 to hype up the crowd.

Miami was down by as many as 15 points on Sunday, but a monster fourth quarter helped secure the win.

Miami was on fire in the fourth, shooting 11-for-16 from the field, including 5-for-9 from beyond the arc.

Heat guard Gabe Vincent scored 23 points, while Butler and center Bam Adebayo each had 21 for Miami.

It was enough to overcome a 41-point effort by Denver superstar Nikola Jokic.

The 2023 NBA Finals shifts to Miami on Wednesday for Game 3 at Kaseya Center.
