Tekashi 6ix9ine refused medical attention after he was brutally beaten at a gym in Florida, a 911 call exclusively obtained by Page Six reveals.

A female employee at an LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Fla., where the incident occurred, made the call on March 21 and could be heard speaking to the dispatcher in a calm manner.

“Some, I think, guys, they just jumped one of the members in the bathroom and there’s, like, blood all over the place,” the unidentified woman says.

She then asks Tekashi, 26, if he would like assistance from paramedics, but he could be heard responding in the background, “Nah, nah, I’m good.”

The woman also tells the dispatcher in the call – made about two minutes after the bloody attack – that there were “no weapons involved.”

She also notes that there were three men who assaulted Tekashi and said that they “left” the premises but that they were “still in the parking lot” at the time of the call.

When asked if she could describe the alleged assailants more in-depth, the woman says she can’t provide a clear description.

However, she adds, “We have security cameras, too, so we can look at them and see if we can see them but I don’t know if you can actually see how they look.”

Tekashi did not speak to the dispatcher directly and he is not heard speaking much in the background aside from some muffled chatter.

Despite not wanting help from medics, the “Trollz” rapper was taken to a nearby hospital.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office also shared in a Facebook post that Tekashi sustained “non-life-threatening” injuries to his jaw, ribs and back.

On March 23, security footage of the moments leading up to and after the “Mala” rapper’s attack was eventually released.

In the videos, three men dressed in all black could be seen making a beeline for the gym’s bathroom, where they then allegedly beat up Tekashi.

However, social media footage of the attack made its way online prior to that footage getting out to the public and showed a clearer view of the “Gooba” rapper’s injuries.

In that clip, Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, could be seen telling the men, “Y’all n—-s jumped me,” with blood all over his face.

He is seen able to walk out of the restroom on his own and did not appear severely hurt.

Last week, Tekashi’s alleged attackers were arrested. Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Anthony Maldonado, 25, and Octavious Medina, 23, were booked into Palm Beach County Jail on robbery and assault charges.

Tekashi took to social media on March 31 to call his assailants “nothing but cowardly.”

“For 2 years I been walking around with no security,” he captioned a video of the attack. “Not saying I promote that BUT now you see I really never hid from anything.”

Tekashi was found guilty for racketeering and other charges in 2019 but served a reduced sentence for testifying against his former gang, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. It is unclear if the gym attack is related to him snitching.

The rapper’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, previously told TMZ he plans to get the convicted felon security detail.
