A 17-year-old boy was stabbed during a wild brawl involving dozens of people — including migrants — in Times Square Thursday night, police sources said.
The teen was chased by a large group before they caught up to him and knifed him in the lower back in front of 251 W. 42nd Street around 5:30 p.m., according to the sources and cops.
The victim was taken by EMS to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, police said.
“I saw someone running…and there was blood coming from his back, coming from everywhere,” witness Bell Mohamed told The Post.
“It’s dangerous,” Mohammed, a Times Square worker, said about the area near the crime scene. “Some people are just crazy.”
Police recovered a large blood-stained knife at the scene, photos show.
The wild melee happened on the same block where a group of migrants attacked cops last month.
Sources said a 22-year-old man was arrested after the Thursday’s stabbing.
Cops also took six others — including three migrant teens — into custody, according to police sources.
