Taylor Swift’s blossoming friendship with Brittany Mahomes apparently goes beyond the suites of Arrowhead Stadium.
The dynamic duo — who has gotten chummy in recent weeks as Swift, 33, has supported boyfriend Travis Kelce at Chiefs games — are “texting each other even when it’s not gameday,” TMZ reported Sunday.
Swift and Brittany, the wife of Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, are said to have exchanged numbers last month when the 12-time Grammy winner attended her first Chiefs game in Kansas City, according to the report.
Although Swift and Brittany’s growing bond has been showcased on broadcasts during games — including the playful handshake they unveiled in Week 7 — “their fun times NFL fans see on camera aren’t just for show,” the report notes.
Swift has attended four of Kelce’s past five games — all of which were wins.
The pop megastar celebrated with the Chiefs tight end, 34, last Sunday after Kansas City topped the Los Angeles Chargers, 31-17.
Swift sweetly kissed Kelce on the cheek postgame as they spent time with his teammate, wide receiver Mecole Hardman, and his lady love, Chariah Gordon.
One day after the game, Kelce and Swift enjoyed an intimate dinner date in Kansas City.
A source recently told People how the romance between Kelce and Swift is “quickly turning more serious.”
“They share a strong work ethic and have a huge appreciation for life and their careers, strong family bond and value,” the insider said.
Swift is preparing to go back on the road as her blockbuster “Eras Tour” resumes in South America next month.
She is expected to miss Kelce’s game on Sunday when the Denver Broncos host the Chiefs.
The Chiefs (6-1) defeated the Broncos (2-5) on Oct. 12, with Swift in attendance.
