Tamra Judge was hospitalized Sunday after suffering stomach pain.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star took to Instagram to reveal she was diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction, which can be caused by a number of issues including abdominal adhesions, hernias and tumors, according to the Mayo Clinic.
Judge, 56, shared the news alongside a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed with a tube up her nose.
“Praying I won’t need surgery,” she captioned her Story post.
Up until a few days ago, the reality star was in Scotland filming Season 2 of “The Traitors,” so she has been absent from her podcast with “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Teddi Mellencamp, “Two Ts in a Pod,” for quite some time.
Judge revealed that her health scare will keep her away from the podcast even longer.
“Unfortunately I will not be back on @two.ts.inapod tomorrow ????,” she further wrote. “I’m so sad @teddimellencamp I miss you so much.”

The “Housewife” was then forced to defend herself after a commenter asked whether her stomach issue was a result of Ozempic, the diabetes drug that celebrities have been using for weight loss.
“These comments are disgusting! I’ve suffered from intestinal problems for years. I’ve had multiple surgeries in the past 12 years,” she clarified. “Remember when you all made fun of me for not having a belly button. That was due to emergency life saving surgery. Part of my intestines were being strangled.”
Judge also pointed out that her grandmother “died of intestinal problems.”
“I’ve never been on Ozempic and personally wouldn’t use it for weight loss!” she added.
Not every comment was negative, though. The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” alum — who has been receiving foot massages from her husband, Eddie Judge, in the hospital — got some well-wishes from a few fellow Bravolebrities.
“Missing you @tamrajudge ????????????,” Mellencamp, 42, wrote on her own Instagram Story.
“RHOC” co-star Taylor Armstrong, meanwhile, shared a picture of her and Tamra on her Story, writing, “Sending love, thoughts and prayers to my beautiful friend @tamrajudge ????????.”
Tamra recently returned to “RHOC” for Season 17 after a two-year absence. She previously starred on the show from Season 3 in 2007 to Season 14 in 2019.
