NextImg:Suzanne Somers’ Palm Springs estate lists for $8.95M 3 months after her death

A late actress’s multi-building California compound is looking for its next generation of stewards.

In Palm Springs, the home of Suzanne Somers and her widower Alan Hamel is looking for a new owner for $8.95 million.

Set on over 28 acres of desert real estate, the 252 Ridge Road property is located past a gated entrance and up a meandering driveway on a hilltop perch boasting panoramic views of the surrounding area.

“An open-air carriage, in the form of a custom funicular, carries passengers up to the residence,” explains the listing, which is held by Compass agent Scott Lyle. “Intimate walkways, large view terraces and secret patios are interspersed among the buildings, some of which date back 100 years.”

In all, there are “five unique structures” on the grounds, including a creation by the respected modernist architect Albert Frey that’s known as Rock House.

Amenity highlights include a heated tub, a “cascading waterfall,” multiple offices and terraces, a two-room kitchen with a wine cellar, plus plenty of outdoor living areas.

Since Somers passed away at age 76 late last year due to metastatic breast cancer, Hamel — her husband of nearly 50 years — has reported various paranormal happenings at the address. They include a hummingbird flying into the house and landing on top of a framed photo of them together, followed by the fireplace starting “all by itself” — and music by Somers’ favorite composer playing out of nowhere, The Post reported earlier this month.

The strange phenomena, he believes, were meant as evidence that Somers is still with him in spirit.

“I’m a believer now that there is an afterlife. I’m convinced of it … I think there’s something we don’t understand. I think there’s a plane somewhere … after we discard our bodies. We still have our soul. I think our soul is energy. The soul must go somewhere and do something,” he told Page Six.
