A man has been arrested in a horrific caught-on-camera attack in the Bronx in which a woman was hooked with a belt from behind and then dragged between two cars and raped while unconscious.

Kashaan Parks was arrested Saturday and charged with walking up behind the 45-year-old victim — then lassoing her with a belt and pulling her to the ground, “causing her to lose consciousness,” police said.

The NYPD on Friday released photos showing the face of the suspect who was masked in the disturbing footage that emerged Thursday of last week’s attack.

“The male then dragged the victim between two cars and sexually assaulted her,” the NYPD said in an appeal for the rapist.

Parks, 39, was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.
