Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke won’t be getting their fairy tale ending, after all. One year after the Summer House co-stars became engaged, they have reportedly decided to go their separate ways.
“Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard have called off their engagement,” a source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight. “The two were set to get married in November, but Carl told Lindsay he couldn’t move forward with the wedding. The breakup was filmed and will most likely play out on the next season of Summer House.”
Decider has reached out to reps for Hubbard and Bravo for comment but did not hear back by the time of publication.
The shocking news of their breakup comes two weeks after Hubbard posted a series of photos celebrating her garden party bridal shower in New York City. With co-stars Amanda Batula, Danielle Olivera, Ciara Miller, Gabby Prescod and Samantha Feher all in attendance, Hubbard even got a special visit from her (now former) beau, who waltzed in bearing flowers.
“Carlito showed up and surprised me at the end! ????????????” Hubbard wrote on Instagram.

At the time, Hubbard gushed over her “excitement” for her upcoming nuptials — and impending bachelorette party in the Bahamas — in an interview with People.
“It’s so sweet to see Carl as we keep checking to-dos off of our list and as it’s getting closer,” she told the outlet. “We are literally three months away at this point, and it’s going to go by so fast. And then next thing you know, I’m going to be walking down the aisle.”
The duo first met while filming the first season of Summer House in 2016. While they had a brief romance during Season 4, they ultimately decided to remain friends — that is, until they confirmed their relationship in January 2022.
Later that same year — in June, to be exact — Hubbard revealed that they were moving in together. And in August 2022, Bravo cameras captured their adorable engagement — which happened on the beach in the Hamptons.
We’ll likely find out whatever it was that came in the way of their whirlwind romance in Summer House Season 8, which has been filming since July.
