Stefon Diggs claims he was the victim of an attempted extortion attempt by a reality star in a new lawsuit.

The free agent wide receiver is suing Mia Jones — also known as Mulan Hernandez — in a six-count lawsuit filed in Harris County, Texas, this week.

Diggs, 31, alleges he was punched in the chest by Jones, “threatened with a deadly weapon” and was the victim of a “tale of abuse to extort millions of dollars,” the Houston Chronicle reported

Diggs’ attorney, Kent Schaffer, described the relationship as “casual” and it took place in the months before a June 7 incident cited in the lawsuit.

The suit is seeking damages related to “defendant misconduct and the destruction of his property.”

Brianna “Brii” Mack is also listed as a defendant in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claimed Jones, who previously appeared on “Basketball Wives Orlando,” and Mack destroyed property at Diggs’ apartment and had “refused to leave.”

Jones allegedly went to the hospital earlier that morning because of “nausea and vomiting” from what was described in the lawsuit as a “long” night of partying.

She was released from the hospital within an hour and denied that she had suffered “physical abuse of any kind,” the Chronicle reported.

Then, Jones allegedly had a second medical visit a week later where she claimed that she was “punched in the back of the head with a closed fist.”

Diggs’ lawyer denied this and said she had not seen Diggs the day that she made the complaints.

The football star’s lawsuit claimed that Diggs was attacked by Jones, who the morning of the June 7 incident and that he was hit in the chest and Jones allegedly tried to punch him in the head.

He claimed that Jones broke a wristwatch that Diggs owned, as well as a PC gaming system, while also alleging that Jones and Mack attempted to extort money from him.

TMZ reported the watch is worth $130,000 and that Jones threw Diggs’ phone into the toilet.

“There were threats coming from [Jones] that he had to pay her money or she was going to go public and ruin his career,” Diggs’ attorney told the Chronicle. “We’re kind of at the point where the threats have to stop. That’s why the decision was made to go ahead and file.

“At some point it just has to end.”
