NextImg:Staying put in NYC, Yankees’ Aaron Judge buys Chelsea penthouse

New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge and his wife Samantha Bracksieck have a new home base, Gimme Shelter can reveal exclusively.

The superstar slugger — who turned down a $415 million Padres contract to stay with the Yanks, agreeing to a nine-year pact worth $360 million in December — and Bracksieck have bought a Manhattan penthouse at the Cortland, our sources say.

The new building, by Related, is at 555 W. 22nd St. in Chelsea.

The star athlete, who hit an American League-record 62 home runs in 2022, has been spotted going in and out of the building — where he’s designing his dream residence, according to our spies.

On Thursday, No. 99 also snapped a career-best on-base streak of 45 games — the longest by a Yankee in the past 19 seasons.

The 25-story building boasts three floors of penthouses that have yet to hit the market. Judge, sources say, purchased one of those floors and is now building it out. The 7,000-square-foot space comes with high ceilings for his 6-foot-7 frame — along with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble fireplaces, and views of the Hudson River and the city skyline.

The Yankee decided to stay in New York — and with that, it seems, came a grand home purchase in Manhattan.

While there is no word yet on the price paid for the residence, two separate units on the 22nd floor of the building just sold for a combined $40 million, according to StreetEasy — and it’s a single buyer, our sources add.

(There’s also no word yet if Judge has chosen his apartment number as 99.)

After signing the megacontract with the Yankees, Judge said that he made his decision with Bracksieck — his high school sweetheart who he married in 2021 — and that “the decision that was in our hearts, which is we belong in New York, we belong in this city.”

The building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig. Amenities include a gym,  a pool, a concierge and more — all curated by Related Life like a private members’ club, the listing notes. Related declined to comment.

Judge’s rep, Page Odle, president of PSI Sports Management, did not return calls at press time.
