Former Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder was fired from the show in June 2020 after making racially insensitive remarks on a number of occasions. Shortly after her firing, she publicly announced that she was pregnant with her first child, a daughter she named Hartford, who was born in 2021.
On March 1, Schroeder and husband Beau Clark announced that she is pregnant for second time, and on the same day, the Tom Sandoval-Raquel Leviss cheating scandal was made public. And now, Schroeder says, she’s pretty sure her babies are bad omens for the show.
While on her stand-up tour, Straight Up With Stassi Live: The Mommy Dearest Tour, Schroeder joked, “I do have this theory that my babies are like bad omens for Vanderpump Rules, which is kind of on-brand when you think about it,” per Page Six.
“My first pregnancy, I got canceled. Not ideal, not fun. My second pregnancy, Scandoval,” she said. She then added that if she’s ever pregnant again, she’s going to have to start warning people.
“I’m calling up my old producers. … ‘Um, hi, yeah, Jeremiah? Yeah, it’s Stassi. Who has life been going a little too well for recently? I’m pregnant. Warn them!'”

Schroeder’s live comedy tour goes through June 24, after which, she says she plans to “nest the shit out of life” as she waits for her second baby to be born. The child is due in September.
Vanderpump Rules Season 10 — as well as the uncensored, extended versions of the reunion episodes — are currently streaming on Peacock.
