San Antonio Spurs guard Devonte’ Graham pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while impaired charges connected to a July 7, 2022 arrest, according to TMZ

Graham entered a guilty plea during a court hearing on Tuesday after he cut a deal with Wake County prosecutors.

The speeding charge that the Spurs guard was facing was dismissed as part of the deal, according to TMZ.

Graham will be sentenced during a hearing scheduled for next month.

The 28-year-old had been hit with two charges last July when police in Raleigh, North Carolina, clocked him doing 63 mph in a 40-mph zone.

After he was brought to the Wake County Detention Center he blew a 0.11 blood alcohol content when he was administered a breathalyzer test, according to the News & Observer.

In North Carolina, the legal limit for driving is 0.08.

Graham was originally drafted in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets.

He played three seasons there before he was traded to New Orleans during the summer of 2021.
