INDIANAPOLIS — Spike Lee made the trip from France to be in attendance for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals.

“I didn’t come here to lose,” the Oscar-winning director told The Post.

The celebrity Knicks fan skipped Game 3 on Sunday because he was at the Cannes Film Festival, but the 68-year-old Lee was on the floor interacting with Clyde Frazier, longtime nemesis Reggie Miller and fans from both teams before the game.

When he arrived at his front-row seat on the baseline about an hour before tipoff, Lee tossed the yellow giveaway T-shirt — reading “YES ‘CERS Nation” — draped over it to someone in the second row.

One fan tried to get his attention with a sign that read “Hey Spike, it’s deja vu all over.”

Lee briefly chatted with Miller, whose choke sign celebration directed at Lee in the 1994 playoffs was duplicated by current Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton after the Knicks coughed up a 14-point lead with under three minutes remaining in regulation before losing Game 1 of the series in overtime.
