A dazzling penthouse at 130 William St. in Manhattan’s Financial District is back on the market for $7.95 million.

It even comes with some nearby star appeal. NBC’s always-popular “Law & Order” recently filmed an episode in another one of the building’s penthouses that aired earlier in May — one about the murder of a New York City real estate developer. That residence is currently on the market for $20 million, as Gimme Shelter previously reported.

Built in 2020, the 805-foot-high 130 William was designed by Sir David Adjaye, the architect known for his work on Washington DC’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, and Hill West Architects.

This 63rd-floor aerie, which was asking $8.99 million earlier this year with a different broker, comes with sweeping downtown views, from the East River to the Hudson River.

Design features include arched windows, white oak floors, high ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and open living and dining areas.

There’s also a bronze-detailed loggia terrace, which opens from the great room and all three bedrooms. For its part, the main bedroom suite comes with walk-in closets and a spa-like bath.

All residences feature custom Italian marble sourced from the Apuan Alps that’s crafted in Tuscany, as well as custom Adjaye-designed bronze fixtures.

Amenities include a gym with a yoga room, a basketball court and a terrace — as well as an infinity-edge pool, a sauna and a massage room. There’s also a private dining room, a catering kitchen, a game room, a private IMAX theater, a children’s activity center and concierge services.

The listing broker is Frances Katzen, of Douglas Elliman.
