Taylor Ann Green is remembering her late brother Worthington Green, a.k.a. Worth, after he died at 36 years old earlier this month.
The Southern Charm star took to Instagram to honor Worth, who died June 8, six days after his 36th birthday.
The post, which was Green’s first since Worth’s death according to Page Six, includes a cover photo featuring Green, Worth and their sister Catie, plus a childhood photo of Green and Worth, a video of Worth playing golf, and an obituary photo for Worth, with the following quote: “You’re always loved, never forgotten, forever missed.”
Green wrote, “Not enough words can encapsulate who Worth was and the impact he left behind. June 8th, 2023 The Lord called you home.
“We are going to miss your goofiness, your bear hugs, and that infectious laugh,” she continued. “I will always admire the steadfast love you had for your family, friends (too many to count), your girlfriend and Jesus Christ. You truly went out on top of your game and we so look forward to seeing you again one day♥️.”
She also quoted comedian Groucho Marx, writing, “Blessed are the cracked, for they are the ones who let light in.”
Green’s post received plenty of support from her fellow Bravo stars, including Green’s ex-boyfriend and fellow Southern Charm star Shep Rose.
“I could say so much about knowing and loving Worth,” Rose commented, followed by a quote from Jack Kerouac describing Worth as an individual who “burn(ed) like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars.”
Southern Charm co-star Olivia Flowers commented, “What a loss. I’m so sorry Taylor.”
Worth’s death came less than five months after the death of Flowers’ brother Conner, who was 32.
At the end of her post, Green also asked that for those interested in sending flowers to instead make donations to Terra Firma, a charity started by their father and Worth prior to his death.
