Greater Miami’s first new golf club in decades is launching next fall — with million-dollar initiation fees.

Members so far include professional golfers like Ian Poulter, Patrick Reed, Lee Westwood, Henrik Stenson and Sam Horsfield.

It’s part of a 120-acre private community that includes the Residences at Shell Bay — a 20-story residential tower with 108 units developed by the Witkoff Group and PPG Development in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection, along with a 60-room hotel.

Condo prices range from $3 million for a one-bedroom to an $11 million four-bedroom penthouse with wrap terraces. 

The gated property at 501 Diplomat Parkway in Hallandale Beach — 2 miles north of Golden Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway — is anchored by a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course that’s 7,250 yards long.

The complex also includes a gym, wellness facilities, a 48-slip private marina and yacht club, four Grand Slam tennis court surfaces and event spaces.

Douglas Elliman just launched sales for the residences, which will be completed by 2025.  “It’s the first new golf course in Miami in 25 years,” said Alex Witkoff, co-CEO of the Witkoff Group.

“The complex fills a void in the market,” added Ari Pearl, founder and CEO of PPG Development.
