Sofia Vergara has bid farewell to her lavish Beverly Hills mansion, finally sealing the deal after a significant price reduction.
The actress, 51, clinched the sale of her seven-bedroom abode there for $13.7 million, a considerable drop from her initial listing price.
The property, once shared with her ex-husband Joe Manganiello, 47, saw its fair share of ups and downs on the market.
Originally acquired for $10.6 million in 2014, Vergara re-listed the estate in January for a lofty $13.95 million, only to slash the price in a bid to attract buyers.
This marks the end of a real estate journey that began when the couple first listed their marital home in 2022 for a staggering $19.6 million, later reducing it to $18 million following their separation announcement.
While the residence boasts seven bedrooms and a plethora of extravagant amenities — including a sprawling pool, a spa and a full-sized gym — it seems its ties to Vergara’s past prompted the sale.
The property had not served as her primary residence for some time, with Vergara and Manganiello opting for a $20 million mansion in nearby Beverly Park in 2020.
Designed with opulence in mind, the dwelling exudes luxury at every turn, from its Tuscan-inspired interior by designer Jennifer Bevan to its sprawling 11,000-plus square feet of space.
Highlights include a movie theater, a wine cellar capable of housing 3,000 bottles and a full-size bar.
