A white police officer in Alabama has been placed on leave after she was caught on video laughing while using a stun gun on a handcuffed black man during a traffic stop.

The viral clip shows the Reform cop leading Micah Washington, 34, of Tuscaloosa, to her cruiser and pushing him against the hood during the Dec. 2 stop in Pickens County, WVTM 13 reported.

She is seen holding a stun gun against the suspect’s back as she goes through his pockets and tells him to “stay still.”

“I ain’t doing s—t, bro. I got a gun right there,” Washington says.

The cop laughs as she removes the firearm and says, “Oh, yeah!” – then proceeds to deploy her stun gun and shouts at him to “shut to f—k up” as he screams and cries.

“Oh my God!” the man shouts in pain repeatedly.

“Do you want it again? Shut your bitch ass up,’’ the cop says after he replies, “No, ma’am.”

The 45-second video ends at that point.

In a joint statement Monday, Reform police Chief Richard Black and Mayor Melody Davis said were aware of the video involving a “citizen’s arrest” that took place Saturday.

“The department is in the process of turning over all materials related to this arrest to the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation and has requested a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the arrest,’’ they said.

“In accordance with City Policy, the officer involved has been placed on administrative leave while the investigation is conducted,” the statement added.

Washington was charged with obstructing governmental operations, resisting arrest, marijuana possession, drug trafficking and possessing a firearm as an ex-felon, WVTM reported, citing the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office.

On Monday night, the suspect’s loved ones and community members gathered near City Hall to protest the shocking arrest and demand accountability.

“She tased him in the back and she was holding it. She was just holding it there until he started crying,” said Jalexis Rice, Washington’s girlfriend, told the crowd, according to the outlet.

She said the incident began when her boyfriend and two others were changing a car tire.

“When I seen it, I couldn’t do nothing but cry. I couldn’t do nothing but cry,” Rice said, referring to the video. Police and city officials referred questions about the arrest to 24th Judicial Circuit District Attorney Andy Hamlin, who has not released additional information.
