No shirt, no problem.
Tom Cruise showed off his fit physique as he went for a shirtless dip in the sea in Majorca, Spain over the weekend.
The “Top Gun” star, 61, was on a stroll at Formentor Beach in the town of Pollensa enjoying the gorgeous weather before he decided to take off most of his clothes to go swimming.
Cruise had on a grey T-shirt, blue swim trunks, a beige sunhat, black socks and white sneakers in the photos that were taken of the actor.
He went in the water wearing only his blue swim trunks, putting his ripped abs and strong muscles on full display.
Cruise went swimming with filmmaker Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu, 60. They went on a large sailboat to continue their day in the sun. Cruise has recently been filming “Mission: Impossible 8” in the UK and Norway.
The pair are set to work together on Iñarritu’s next movie that was first reported on in February. According to Deadline, the untitled film will be produced by Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment with a script that Iñarritu co-wrote in 2023 with Sabina Berman, Alexander Dinelaris, and Nicolas Giacobone.
The Deadline report described the project as “top secret” with no plot points to share.
“What is known is that the Oscar-winning director has been taking meetings with a select few actors in recent weeks, with Cruise being one of the first,” the report read. “The A-list star has been hungry to find that next project and moved quickly to get a meeting with Iñárritu once he was made aware the director was moving forward with his next big studio film. As soon as the meeting finished, Cruise was on board.”
Iñarritu is best known for directing 2014’s “Birdman” and 2015’s “The Revenant.”
It’s rare that Cruise is pictured enjoying his free time away from his work, with his shirt off, no less.
The four-time Oscar nominee revealed how he stays in shape in an interview with Men’s Health last summer.
“Sea-kayaking, caving… fencing, treadmill, weights… rock-climbing, hiking… I jog… I do so many different activities,” Cruise said.
Before his trip to Spain, Cruise was at Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday bash in London last month. The “Mission: Impossible” star did a breakdance routine that wowed the A-list crowd, according to a source for the Daily Mail.
There were no cameras allowed, but the insider said that “people were absolutely dumbfounded” over Cruise’s antics.
Oher celeb guests included Gordon Ramsay, Eva Longoria, Salma Hayek, Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Guy Ritchie and all of the Beckham’s fellow former Spice Girls: Melanie “Mel B” Brown, Melanie “Mel C” Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell.
Cruise has been friends with Beckham and her husband, Inter Miami CF President David Beckham, 49, for two decades.
