It’s their basic instinct.
Sharon Stone revealed Tuesday that she has “just as many people who want to sleep with me now as I ever did.”
“I think I’m hotter now more than I’ve ever been,” Stone, 65, said while appearing on a podcast episode of “The Ladygang.”
“I’m in my 60s, people think that no one looks at you anymore,” Stone said.
“And the truth of the matter is I have just as many people who want to sleep with me now as I ever did,” the actress continued. “There isn’t that thing when you walk in the room that every guy goes, ‘oooo.’ Because you’re not as easy as you were when you were young.”
According to the “Casino” actress, that is what may cause men to avoid engaging with older women.
“It’s not because you’re not as hot,” the “Catwoman” star stated. “You’re not as easy to f–k, you’re not as easy to get rid of and you’re not as easy to keep quiet.”
“You’re not as easy to dump afterward,” she added. “You’re not as easy to be a sidepiece. It’s not that you’re not as hot — you’re hotter.”
Stone thinks being more experienced in life is actually better for the relationship.
“Because you’re more relaxed, you’re less concerned about do I look, you know, you look great,” she explained. “It’s not because you’re not as anything. It’s just because you’re not as easy.”
Earlier this month, Stone spoke with Kelly Ripa about the unrealistic dating standard between males and females.
“It was true to life,” Stone told Ripa, 53, after the talk show host revealed that her son’s would always scoff at the age of the actress’ love interests.
“These women always were 20, 25, 30 years younger than the men [they dated],” Stone said. “But if we dated someone 10 years younger we’d be cougars.”
Ripa then joked that she would happily “set you up with my son right now” and having her as a daughter-in-law “would be the greatest honor of our family.”
While Stone didn’t exactly refuse or accept the proposal, she quipped: “It would probably be really good for your ego and mine if I did.”
Last year, Stone also spoke out about one of her exes — and how he broke up with her when she refused to get Botox.
“I saw him one more time after that and then he wasn’t interested in seeing me anymore,” Stone told Vogue Arabia for their September 2022 cover story.
“I saw him one more time after that and then he wasn’t interested in seeing me anymore. If you don’t see me for more than that, you’ll please find your way to the exit.”
Stone was previously married to writer Michael Greenburg from 1984 to 1987 and journalist Phil Bronstein from 1998 to 2004.
Presently, Stone revealed that she will not date anyone under 45.
