John Janssen has had a tough couple of weeks.
Just about a week-and-a-half after his ex-girlfriend Shannon Beador was arrested and booked for DUI and hit-and-run, Janssen’s son, Joe, was arrested for felony vandalism in Newport Beach, Calif., Page Six can exclusively reveal.
Newport Beach police received a complaint of vandalism on Sept. 13 at the intersection of Newport Place and Dove
Street, and upon further investigation, arrested Joe on Saturday at 7:15 p.m. PT.
He was released from jail at 11:38 p.m. PT on $20,000 bail.
If convicted, Joe faces up to three years in jail.
The Janssens didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
Joe appeared to have another run-in with the law on Sept. 6 when he and a group of friends were seemingly pulled over for “drifting” their black BMWs.
The 26-year-old filmed the incident and shared it on his public Instagram account and captioned the video, “It’s x drive ???? …… #cars #fyp #explore #bmw #police #viral #trending #reels.”

The businessman, 57, has also been dealing with the fallout of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star’s arrest. In fact, he even helped her rent a property near his home after she stayed with him temporarily to get more privacy than what her own home had to offer.
Photos showed Beador, 59, seeking comfort from John just days after her crash, which left the Bravolebrity with multiple injuries that required her arm to be in a sling.
Separate photos obtained exclusively by Page Six showed the insurance broker trying to conceal an apparent bruise on her forehead with a pair of sunglasses.
Beador has not spoken out about her arrest, but her close friend Jeff Lewis revealed she’s looking into treatment centers and was working to pay for the damages her wreck caused.
On top of her issues with the police, the “Real for Real” founder is also being investigated by animal control because her dog, Archie, was in the vehicle with her at the time of the crash.
