Just more than a year after her death at age 53, Shannen Doherty’s longtime Malibu home is listing for $9.45 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Doherty was best known for her roles in “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Charmed.” Apart from the screen, Doherty spent years fighting breast cancer, a battle she documented on social media.

She was first diagnosed in 2015 — and during that time had a mastectomy, chemo and radiation. By 2017, Doherty announced she was in remission — but, by February 2020, she shared she was battling the disease in Stage 4.

Doherty purchased this Malibu manse in 2004 for $2.56 million, according to records cited by the Journal. Because Doherty had no children, the proceeds of the property’s sale will go to her surviving mother, Rosa Doherty.

The property is listed with Chris Cortazzo of Compass, who shared a close friendship with Doherty and is the executor of her estate.

Perched on roughly 1 acre of land, her five-bedroom spread measures about 5,400 square feet — with extra perks including a lap pool and views of the Pacific Ocean.

Cortazzo told the Journal that one particular feature drew Doherty in: its privacy.

“When you’re a notable figure, your home becomes your sanctuary,” he told the outlet.

What’s more, its bones are lovely. The home has a stucco exterior, beamed ceilings, wide-plank oak floors and antique doors. For its part, the kitchen has an impressively large center island with stone counters. The space also has custom wood cabinetry and industrial pendant lighting — and it all anchors the home.

Listing images also show interiors that flood with sunlight, such as in the bedrooms and the grand open living area. Extra touches include an open area for dining and walls of windows that lead to the outdoors, where Doherty also had covered seating areas and plantings.

The Journal added that Doherty had put in lots of work during her years of ownership, and even revamped it from smoke damage sustained during the 2018 Woolsey Fire.

Doherty also entertained her core group of friends at the property, which she adorned with objects she found during her worldly travels, such as rugs from Peru.
