“Selling Sunset” is coming back.

The hit Netflix show has announced a return for Season 7 on Nov. 3.

The realtors of the Oppenheim Group will return for an 11-episode season, where they will move into a new office. Of course, they’ll continue to have drama and showdowns while they work in the high-stakes luxury market.

Brett and Jason Oppenheim will continue to lead the real estate office, with agents Chrishell Stauss, Bre Tiesi, Mary Fitzgerald, Nicole Young, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, Amanza Smith, all returning.

Here’s what you need to know before Season 7 premieres.

Cast member Heather Rae El Moussa has previously stated that she did not receive the call to return to filming after her maternity leave ended, following her new baby with husband Tarek El Moussa. She told E! News in March, “Season 7 is filming right now, but I’ve been off maternity leave and I’ve been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back.”

Bre Tiesi said she is “devastated to lose” her.

“I absolutely adore Heather,” Tiesi, 32, told E! News. “I’m very sad to hear that she is not going to be as big a part. … We got really close.”

Meanwhile, other cast members had plenty of drama and fights that will carry into Season 7.

Newcomer Nicole Young and Chrishelle Stause established a feud in Season 6.

Young alleged that Stause took credit for some listings that she had sold on her own. She also claimed their boss Jason – who both women have dated in the past –  let Stause get away with it.

In response, Stause slammed Young on her Instagram Story, calling her “fake.”

Later in the season, the agents took a trip to Palm Springs to try and mend their quarrel, but it ended with Stause accusing Young of being a “crackhead.”

Mary Fitzgerald and Jason – who also dated in the past – had  an argument in Season 6 when he left her in charge of a project so that he could go on vacation with his new girlfriend. Then, he scolded Fitzgerald for not getting enough done.

“There’s been so much going on. I’m doing my best. I’m trying to help you so you can be off in Europe for weeks and weeks and weeks,” she said.

After she asked him to help dispel the tension between Young and Stause, and he refused, she slammed him as a “d—k.”

Meanwhile, Amanza Smith had unresolved health problems. “There’s a wide array of things that it could be, and then the one thing that we pray and hope that it’s not,” she said, adding in that “cancer” is among them. After filming wrapped, she revealed in August that was diagnosed in early June with osteomyelitis, a potentially rare and life-threatening bone infection that was attacking her lower vertebrae. She underwent two surgeries on her lower spine and spent 31 days in the hospital.

Chelsea Lazkani and Brie butted heads throughout Season 6.

Lazkani was caught gossiping about Brie’s relationship with Nick Cannon – who has 12 children, including their child Legendary Love.

“I find Nick Cannon and Bre’s relationship rather off-putting,” Lazkani said during the season, calling Cannon a “master manipulator.” Referring to his children with different women, she said “creating multiple broken homes is disgusting.”

El Moussa asked if Tiesi thinks she can ever have a friendship with Lazkani, and she replied, “No, I’m done. B—h bye.”

As for the synopsis for the next batch of episodes? “They work hard and play harder, as they compete with the cutthroat LA market…and each other,” it reads.

Season 7 will premiere Nov. 3 on Netflix.
