Scheana Shay fully plans to attend the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion taping despite Raquel Leviss’ restraining order against her.
“Scheana will be present at today’s filming in person. Scheana intends to follow the law, but she wants to be part of the reunion,” Shay’s attorney, Neama Rahmani, said in a statement to Page Six.
“If Rachel attends, Scheana and ‘Vanderpump Rules’ will make sure that Scheana remains 100 yards away to comply with the restraining order.”
The President of West Coast Trial Lawyers added that there is “no real way” for the order to be dropped, so it will remain in effect until the hearing next week.
“…It will just lapse if Rachel doesn’t purse it,” he added, notably using Leviss’ legal name instead of her stage name.
“And if Rachel does pursue it, Scheana intends to call witnesses and present evidence to disprove her false accusations.”
As Page Six previously reported, Leviss requested a temporary restraining order against Shay after the “Scheananigans” podcast host allegedly assaulted her after she heard about Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s affair.
Via her attorney, Shay vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
“This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” Rahmani told Page Six at the time.
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor continued.
