Scheana Shay and Tom Sandoval‘s friendship is far from good as gold — at least that’s what she says. The reality star hit back at fans claiming “all is forgiven” between the former pals after the two were spotted filming Vanderpump Rules Season 11 in Lake Tahoe.
Over the weekend, Shay — who is BFFs with Ariana Madix — posted an Instagram story of the cast heading into Lisa Vanderpump‘s new restaurant. However, fans couldn’t help but pinpoint Sandoval’s voice in the background.
“Is that Sandoval’s voice??? All is forgiven, I guess,” a fan account posted to Twitter along with the video, to which Shay replied, “Who said all is forgiven?? We are all here for Lisa.”
The reality star had an emotional reaction when it was revealed that Sandoval had cheated on Madix with their close friend Raquel Leviss earlier this year. Despite Madix and Katie Maloney seemingly skipping out on the event, Shay insisted that she was just there to do her job — not rekindle her friendship with Sandoval.
The “Good as Gold” singer also retweeted other posts shutting down rumors that they are back on good terms.
One read, “People need to relax, they are also filming a tv show,” while another said, “Lvp is opening a new restaurant on Tahoe..that’s why they’re there…they also are under contract for their job..this isn’t difficult to understand.”
Shay was later forced to explain a photo she, Sandoval, Lala Kent, James Kennedy, Tom Schwartz and Brock Davies took with a couple of fans. In the picture, Shay is smiling with her arm around Sandoval.
“I’m posing in a photo for a fan,” she said. “I take photos w strangers on the daily and have my arm bent up behind ppl. End of story. Should I look miserable in a group fan photo I got thrown in walking to our car? ????????♀️”
Just last week, TMZ captured footage of Shay having it out with Sandoval in the Sur back alley. While it’s hard to make it exactly what she says in the heated moment, she can clearly be heard shouting, “If you hadn’t fucked Raquel,” before walking away.
Not to mention, Leviss was spotted in public for the first time since leaving the mental health facility she’s called home since April. The former beauty queen, who now goes by her birth name “Rachel,” was reportedly playing hardball in negotiations regarding her return to Vanderpump Rules — but recent reports claim she’s already contractually obligated to come back.
We’re going to need a Pumptini for this season — or three!
Vanderpump Rules is currently streaming on Peacock.
