From Oprah to Bethenny Frankel, plenty of stars have raved about JW Pei’s expensive-looking purses — and during October Prime Day, the styles are even more affordable than usual for a limited time.
Frankel is among the brand’s biggest famous fans, having posted multiple “Handbag University” videos about favorites like the Orla Weave Handbag (which she called “unbelievable”).
She’s not the only one who swears by it; Paige DeSorbo and Kyle Richards both featured the Orla in Amazon Lives last year, with the latter saying she loves “everything about” it.
Frankel’s picks also include the Lucia Top Handle Bag, which she declared an “insane bag find that’s giving Birkin” on her Instagram Stories earlier this year.
And most recently, she dropped a new guide to “how to look like a million bucks without spending it,” highlighting the “functional” Elora Woven Bag and the croc-embossed Bria Structured Top Handle Bag. (She theorized the latter could be “inspired by two different Hermès bags in one” — the Mini Kelly and the Himalayan Birkin).
Bravo alums aren’t the only ones gravitating towards JW Pei, either; Selena Gomez brought a crystal-covered version of the Gabbi Bag to the Golden Globes in 2024, while Anne Hathaway toted the woven Maze Bag in 2021.
