Sara Haines is barely into two weeks of The View‘s annual summer hiatus and she’s already feeling “annoyed and sad.” The 45-year-old mom-of-three opened up about how she’s handling her summer blues in a video she posted to Instagram on Monday (Aug. 14).

Haines, who revealed last year that she suffered from postpartum depression and anxiety when her children were younger, said she’s sometimes asked how she handles her “day-to-day” life. In the short clip, the View co-host offered an inspiring message to her 390,000 followers who might be in the “same boat.”

“This morning’s a great example,” she said. “I woke up late, I’ve been frenzied ever since I left the house and I tried to check in on the toolbox and I meditated and I kind of did some deep breathing and then I even spoke with [my husband] Max and I observed and all the things. And it’s still not working.”

She continued, “I’m still in that mood where I keep kind of checking back in and not feeling better and I realize that sometimes you just — there’s nothing you can do and there’s nothing you can fix. You just kind of keep going. And maybe the just existing is the doing by just being if that all makes sense.”

The television personality — who captioned the post, “Just a little reminder that we are all in this together????” — told her followers that they are “not alone” if they feel the same way.

“I am kind of feeling a bit stuck, a bit harried,” she admitted. “It’s making me go between annoyed and sad at any one point. So I see you, I understand you.”

The View — which Haines co-hosts with Whoopi Goldberg, Ana Navarro, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin — last premiered a new episode on Friday, Aug. 4 and has been airing reruns ever since. Following the hit talk show’s four-week break, it is set to return to ABC after Labor Day.

Hopefully, Haines is able to enjoy what’s left of her summer vacation!
