The next generation of portable smart projectors is here.
Today, Samsung launched the second generation model of their Freestyle Smart Projector, which is compact enough to travel with and can be used to project on virtually any surface.
At just 6.8″ x 4″ x 3.7″ and weighing in at less than 2 pounds, Freestyle Gen 2 with Gaming Hub is a versatile device that can be used indoors and outdoors (best in dimly lit rooms or at dusk/night).
It projects full HD at 1080×1920 resolution on screens as small as 30 inches, as large as 100 inches and comes with built-in speakers that provide 360-degree sound.
Just point and play! Automatic screen technology adjusts the picture size for whatever surface you’re projecting onto — no adjustments needed on your end.
The size, picture quality, and point and project ease of use are all some of the highlights of Samsung’s newest projector, but the smart capabilities and Wifi connection take this device to a new level.
With Gaming Hub, you can stream and play top games from Xbox and other streaming game partners — no console required! You can even sync controllers to the device via Bluetooth connection.
It’s also easier than ever to stream your favorite shows on all of the streaming services you subscribe to using the built-in smart TV interface. It also supports voice assistants like Bixby and Alexa, so you can open apps, adjust volume, and more using just your voice.
Now until Aug. 30, Samsung is throwing in a free water-and-dust resistant Freestyle case valued at $60 to every Freestyle Gen 2 with Gaming Hub pre-order.
