Stahp it! More than 10 years since leaving the reality TV business, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola has officially made her highly anticipated return to Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. In a new preview, which aired during Thursday night’s (May 4) episode, the sweetest bitch you’ll ever meet made her grand reappearance.

“Have you told the girls that you DM’d me?” Giancola asks Angelina Pivarnick, to which she replies, “No.”

When the former reality star walks through the door saying, “Hey guys. Sorry I’m late,” Vinny Guadagnino, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Jenni “JWoww” Farley all stare at her in utter shock.

“What the fuck!?” Pauly D exclaims. “Is this real? Are you a hologram? Is this AI?”

It doesn’t take long before Giancola finds herself beefing with her old pals. In a different clip, she’s seen laying into an unknown castmate as she angrily says, “Can you let me fucking talk? You talk so much. Shut up. Hold on, don’t make it messier.”

The teaser then cuts to Deena Cortese and Snooki sobbing their eyes out as they beg to go home early from their trip, before Giancola cheekily tells cameras, “I’m still the sweetest bitch you’ll ever meet.”

Giancola starred in the original Jersey Shore series from 2009 until its finale in 2012 — which documented the ups and (mostly) downs of her volatile relationship with ex-boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

When the opportunity arose for the boutique owner to return for the show’s reboot in 2018, she opted to sit out.

“I am at a completely different place in my life right now focusing on my businesses and relationship,” Giancola posted on Instagram at the time. “I am not the same person as I was when I was 22. At 31, I am currently extremely happy in every aspect of my life and want to avoid potentially TOXIC SITUATIONS.”

We’re not exactly sure how easy it will be to completely avoid awkward moments as the preview also teased the return of Ortiz-Magro, who exited the show in 2021 following his domestic violence arrest.

While it’s unclear if the two exes filmed together, the controversial star told Sorrentino that he’s “ready to come back” to the show, with his friend replying, “What about the squad? It’s not easy for me to keep a secret … I can’t say anything because it’s not my job to tell your story.”

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation airs Thursday nights at 8/7c on MTV.
