The SAG Awards 2025 are here!
Kristen Bell, herself a nominee for “Nobody Wants This,” is hosting the Screen Actors Guild’s 31st annual ceremony, airing live starting at 8 p.m. ET on Netflix Sunday night. The show has not had a solo host since 2021. Last year, “Ted Lasso” star Phil Dunster and “Red, White and Royal Blue” actor Taylor Zakhar Perez served as “ambassadors.”
“Wicked” goes into Sunday’s ceremony with five nominations, the most among the film contenders, followed by “A Complete Unknown” with four and “Emilia Perez” and “Anora” each getting three. “Shōgun” topped the TV pack with five nominations, followed by “The Bear” with four and “The Penguin” with three.
Legendary actress, activist and SAG-winner Jane Fonda will be honored with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award, following Barbra Streisand being given the prestigious recognition in 2024.
