The most fashionable night of the Ryder Cup commenced with the annual welcome dinner — a grand chandelier entrance by the players of Team USA and Team Europe with their wives — in Sands Point on Tuesday night.
The players and their better halves posed for photos in front of the Hempstead House, a 50,000-square-foot mansion, where they gathered for a night of breaking bread at the red carpet gala before the 2025 Ryder Cup begins Friday at Bethpage Black.
Luke Donald, captain of Team Europe, was all smiles with his wife, Diane, who looked stunning in a gold fringe dress.
