LAS VEGAS — The only wins that really matter in NBA Summer League are development successes, or hopefuls earning a training camp invite, or rookies getting their feet wet. 

With a team as young as the Nets, and a rebuild with this much riding on a single draft class, there will be plenty of chances for Ws in Las Vegas. 

The Nets are bringing all five of their record first-round draft pick rookies to summer league, and four will compete. They’re also going to have three other players who suited up for them last season, and another who saw playing time for the Lakers. 

In short, there will be plenty of storylines to follow, starting with Thursday’s 5:30 p.m. ESPN2 opener vs. Oklahoma City — acting as the undercard for Cooper Flagg’s debut against Bronny James and the Lakers).
