Adult Swim just announced the return of Rick and Morty, but fans are still in the dark when it comes to who will voice the show’s two titular roles.

Season 7 of the Emmy award-winning animated sci-fi sitcom is slated to premiere on Oct. 15 at 11 p.m.

The series co-creator and the voice behind both scientist Rick Sanchez and his grandson Morty Smith, Justin Roiland, was charged with domestic violence in January, and was ultimately fired from Cartoon Network’s weeknight programming block a little less than two weeks later.

Although he was reportedly cleared of the charges, he has since been removed from the title sequence of Solar Opposites, another animated series he created and provided voices on, and was replaced by new voice actors in his various roles in the series, including Dan Stevens, who now voices Korvo, the show’s protagonist.

According to Variety, Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen released the following statement:

“It’s happening. Thanks to the talent of the entire show team, we can all enjoy 10 new episodes that yet again raise the bar for comedy and animation. This season proves that the geniuses at work on Rick and Morty are just getting started.”

The official description of the upcoming season states that “Rick and Morty are back and sounding more like themselves than ever,” hinting at the replacements, per The Hollywood Reporter.

The description continues, “It’s season seven, and the possibilities are endless: what’s up with Jerry? EVIL Summer?! And will they ever go back to the high school?! Maybe not! But let’s find out! There’s probably less piss than last season. Rick and Morty, 100 years! Or at least until season 10!”

The first six seasons of Rick and Morty are streaming on Max and Hulu.
