Richard Moll, the character actor known for his eccentric but gentle portrayal of bailiff Aristotle Nostradamus “Bull” Shannon on the NBC sitcom&nbsp;“Night Court, has died. 

Moll died peacefully Thursday at his home in Big Bear Lake, California, a family spokesperson told the <a href="https://apnews.com/article/richard-moll-dies-night-court-e5f386ab083235a50db814bdaf2ba194" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Associated Press</a>.

The Post has contacted a rep for Moll for comment.
